The BJP had secured 140945 votes in the Syana assembly segment in the last general Lok Sabha polls in 2014, a significant rise from 9045 votes in 2012. The party’s Bulandshahr Lok Sabha candidate Bhola Singh had secured a massive lead of 107791 votes over his nearest BSP rival Pradeep Kumar Jatav in the Syana assembly constituency.
